How to customize startup options in Yahoo Sports

Yahoo Sports, the best iPhone sports app, recently added a new feature I love. While it seems extremely elementary, it makes all the difference in an app like this. You can now customize which screen the app launches to.

To get started, tap the hamburger icon in the top left, then tap Settings → App Startup Options.

You can choose Default (where you last left off), Sports, or Favorites. I chose Favorites because that will show me news and scores for my favorite teams. This is a great way to get the information you need with minimal taps so you can get back to what you were doing.
