One of the key ones that I want to stay on top of is drinking a gallon of water per day. Here’s how you can set that up in Productive:
From the main screen, pull down. Choose Health as your category, and tap Drink some water. You can now set the frequency. I set this as a daily goal. I keep a 30oz mug on my desk and fill it up a few times per day. You could easily set a morning, afternoon, and evening goal as well (choose the Set multiple option). This would help you pace your water intake and build a strong daily habit of drinking more.
