Why A Webinar About Habits?

Two reasons:

First of all, when a crisis happens, our lives change. And we often emerge with new habits and routines.

Hopefully we develop better routines that help us and allow us to come out of the crisis as a better version of ourselves.

But sometimes we develop not-so-great routines.

Many people will wait until an emergency arises before they pay attention to an area of their life.

For example: Someone may ignore their health until they get sick or have a health emergency.

Or someone who ignores their finances until they have an unexpected expense / loss of income / or other sort of financial emergency.

This is REACTIVE LIVING.

Reactive living means you only focus on an area of life after things get bad (which is stressful, scary, and often too late).

. . . .

The opposite, which is how successful people do things, is to be PROACTIVE.

They use a little thing called routine in order to keep every area of their life on track.

The truth is — routines and habits are far more simple than we give them credit for.

And you would be amazed at how a little bit of time now can save you a LOT of time down the road.
