In-Depth Video Tutorials to Use 1Password Like a Pro
⭐️ SCREENCAST TRAINING ⭐️
Welcome! My name is Shawn Blanc, and I run The Sweet Setup.
Our goal here is to help you make the most of your time and attention. We do this by researching the very best apps for your Mac, iPad, and iPhone.
We also know a lot about workflows, staying focused, and best practices. That’s why we’re visited by 500,000 readers every month. And our work has been referenced by sites such as The New York Times, The Wirecutter, Lifehacker, and MacStories to name a few.
With such a cornucopia of important digital information, you need a simple and safe place to keep it all. The name "1Password" doesn't do this critical app justice. Because you need it for keeping track of far more than just your various passwords...
1Password holds the login information to every single website and service that I use. From my personal bank to my business website hosting to my favorite online photo printer. And that’s just the start. Heck, I even have login info for my thermostat!
In our brand-new course, Unlock 1Password, you will get a deep dive on this must-have app. You'll quickly get up to speed with how to make the most of this app, and you'll discover everything you can use the app for. (More on that later.)

Okay, I’ll admit it…
I used to use the same password for all my accounts.
But I bet you did, too!
That was back in the day when we didn’t know any better. I have long since put away those childish ways and have begun using unique passwords for every single website login. And hopefully you have, too.
Now, as you know, unless your name is Mike Ross, it’s impossible to memorize every single unique login that you use. Off the top of your head, how many websites do you have a login for? You’ve got your Amazon account, your bank account, your work email and personal email, your Facebook and Twitter and Instagram and Pinterest, Spotify, your 401(k), Costco, and probably a few dozen other sites…
What makes an app like 1Password so amazing is that it keeps all of those different logins in one place, using safe and secure encryption.
But so what? You may be wondering. Your phone and your computer can store those passwords, so what makes a password manager so special? Quite a bit, actually!
In just a moment, I’ll share with you all of the different ways I use 1Password. But for now, let’s take a look at what makes this app so awesome to begin with.
There is so much to this app, you won't believe it...
We’ll show you how to make the most of all these features, and more...
While I used to say that it’s more than a password manager, now I would argue that 1Password is more than an app. 1Password is one of my essential utilities — I open it dozens of times every day.

A brief perusal through my 1Password library, and I can see that I’ve been using this app for nearly 10 years. I’ve got some passwords in here (for old websites I don’t use any longer) that were created as early as December 2008. They’ve been modified since then, of course.
1Password holds the login information to every single website and service that I use. From my personal bank to my business website hosting to my favorite online photo printer. And that’s just the start. Heck, I even have a login for my thermostat.
As I’ve been saying, the name “1Password” doesn’t really do this app justice. Because 1Password holds so much more than just passwords…
Here’s a quick look at what all I store in 1Password and why it’s so helpful.
That is a LOT of very critical and personal information to be stored inside of an app. This app is trustworthy because not only does 1Password encrypt my data, but that database is stored on my computer and iPhone which are also encrypted.
I’ve been using 1Password for nearly a decade and have never had an issue. It truly is the best password manager (and so much more).
That’s why we want to help you unlock the full potential of this app for your own use.
